Revegetate, Restore, Regenerate and Revitalise the riparian landscape at Nindigully

This aim of this project is to regenerate riparian areas at Nindigully and in particular areas surrounding the Moonie River and the Bingle Camping and Watering Reserve. Specifically, the project will encompass re-vegetation activities, the installation of traffic control devices, and the installation of a watering system and signage.

Benefits to the community

This project will reduce erosion, scalding, impact on native and fragile flora and fauna and improved water quality of the Moonie River. It will protect the Coolabah Woodland (endangered ecological species) and reduce weeds through re-establishing native vegetation as the dominant flora.
