Find a volunteer project: Eliot Falls campground hosts
Due to the current COVID-19 crisis, some of our volunteering programs are currently operating on a limited basis, in line with social distancing and restrictions on travel. We encourage you to check with the local contact listed for each volunteering program to find out if they are currently operating.
Greet visitors and help maintain visitor facilities in return for free camping.

Queensland school holidays and peak visitor periods (usually June to November).

The project involves:
- Campground hosting
- General park duties and/or maintenance
Training will be provided.
A low to moderate level of fitness is required.
One volunteer must have senior first aid certificate. Suits volunteers with good interpersonal skills who enjoy talking with people.
Hosts required onsite for 3–4 weeks duration. Volunteers need to enjoy camping, be self-sufficient and equipped to camp in all weather conditions (including high rainfall).
