Find a volunteer project: Mon Repos—Friends of Park

Due to the current COVID-19 crisis, some of our volunteering programs are currentlymay be operating differently or on a limited basis, in line with social distancing and restrictions on travel. Help deliver revegetation and weed control projects at this important Pacific turtle rookery.


Mon Repos Conservation Park

  • Year round
  • Usually 1 day per week from 7.30am to 10.00am.

QPWS registered volunteers

The project involves: weeding and/or revegetation (including plant propagation).

Training will be provided.

A moderate level of fitness is required.

Suits volunteers who live in the local area and with an interest in native plants and who enjoy working in a small team.
