Find a volunteer project—Noah Beach campground hosts

Greet visitors and help maintain visitor facilities in return for free camping.

Where?

Daintree National Park - Cape Tribulation section

When?
  • Year round
  • Queensland school holidays and peak visitor periods during the dry season (usually June to November).
For?

QPWS registered volunteers

The project involves:

  • Campground hosting
  • General park duties and/or maintenance

Training will be provided.

A low to moderate level of fitness is required.

One volunteer must have senior first aid certificate. Suits volunteers with good interpersonal skills who enjoy talking with people.

Hosts required onsite for 3-4 weeks duration. Volunteers need to enjoy camping, be self-sufficient (preferably with own transport) and equipped to camp in all weather conditions (including high rainfall).
