Public Register Portal (Environmental Protection Act 1994)
The department maintains a public register of records related to the regulation of environmentally relevant activities, in accordance with sections 540 and 540A of the Environmental Protection Act 1994.
Through this online portal you can search, view and download a range of records. Not everything that is required to be on the public register is currently available through this portal; if you cannot find a specific document you can:

- learn where other records may be available online
- submit a public register information request
Search for current permits, or the most recent version that has been suspended, expired, surrendered, or cancelled after 2016.
Search for permits that were cancelled or surrendered prior to 2016.
Search the following statutory enforcement actions:
- accepted enforceable undertakings
- transitional environmental programs
- environmental protection orders
- environmental evaluations
- direction, clean-up and cost recovery notices.
Search for PRC plans, schedules, applications and audit reports.
Search for TELs associated with environmental authorities or transitional environmental programs.
Search for Annual Returns issued by the department.
