Search for environmental authorities including current permits authorising an operator to undertake an environmentally relevant activity.
Search for information and documents relating to historic environmental authorities that were cancelled or surrendered prior to 2016.
Search the following statutory enforcement actions:
- accepted enforceable undertakings
- transitional environmental programs
- environmental protection orders
- environmental evaluations
- direction, clean-up and cost recovery notices
Search for TELs associated with environmental authorities or transitional environmental programs.
