Alligator Creek Conservation
This project aims to reduce invasive pest plant species within Alligator Creek and connecting riparian zones by undertaking weed control works across target sites of the headwaters upstream, with the aim of eliminating the source and reducing downstream dispersal. The project will include revegetation using native species and will be undertaken primarily by local youth as part of a youth program which will provide valuable conservation and ecosystem management experience.
