Pumicestone Passage Water Ways and Land Cleanup
The aim of the project is to clean up marine environments, such as coastal waters, beaches, and waterways in the Pumicestone Passage, by implementing the Night Eyes Walk Talk and Tidy initiative for older volunteers on Caloundra and surrounding water bodies. This project will increase on current water based and land rubbish collection to the Pumicestone Passage and along the foreshore of Pumicestone Passage. The project will also conduct educational campaigns in local schools, community organizations, and construction sites to raise awareness about marine litter and debris.
