Preservation of Iconic Features of the Torbreck Tower Block
This project aims to conserve the Torbeck Tower in Hillgate Hill by inspecting and repairing damaged mortar joins, undergoing rust treatment of the louvres and restoring the original blue colour for the safety and enjoyment of its residents and visitors.
