Identifying predictors of Chlamydia disease progression in koalas

This project aims to develop an advanced biomarker panel as a diagnostic tool for predicting a koala’s risk to developing Chlamydia disease. The results from this panel will be utilised to predict the presence of disease in a blinded control trial. Findings will be used to develop a quantitative risk factor for Chlamydia disease.
