Water Mouse habitat preservation in the lower Bulimba Creek
This project aims to preserve the habitat of the Water mouse in the Bulimba Creek Oxbow and Doboy Wetlands. This will be achieved by engaging volunteers and traditional owners to undertake surveys of the Water mouse habitat to map the current distribution. This project will also undertake water quality monitoring, pest management and weed control to rehabilitate 5 hectares of habitat.
