Healthy local waterways and Kuranda tree frog highlighted
This project aims to monitor the Kuranda tree frog on Flaggy Creek with the assistance of Djabugay Rangers using sound file analysis from acoustic monitors and transects of other creeks in the range. This project also aims to raise awareness and engage the community on healthy waterways, to provide support via frog friendly property signage and present more citizen science volunteering opportunities.
