Temporary emissions licences
A temporary emissions licence (TEL) temporarily allows the release of a contaminant into the environment, in response to an unforeseen event such as a flood or bushfire.
This portal includes TELs associated with environmental authorities or transitional environmental programs, as required under section 540(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1994.
This includes:
- all versions of TELs
- the last version of any TEL that has been suspended or cancelled.
For further information relating to TELs, please refer to temporary emissions licences on the Business Queensland website.
See tips for improving search results in our FAQs.
